Do I need to create an account?: No. FineBills is designed to be zero-friction. You can start using the tools immediately without any sign-up process.
Can I use this for my business?: Absolutely. The generated documents are professional and suitable for all kinds of commercial use by freelancers, small businesses, and contractors.

Where is my data stored?: All data you enter is stored exclusively in your own browser's local storage on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or seen by us. For a detailed explanation, please read our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I clear my browser cache?: Clearing your browser's site data will permanently delete any auto-saved work. To preserve your work across devices or after clearing your cache, please use the "Save Work" button to download a file to your computer.

Can I add my own logo?: Yes! Click the "upload logo" area in the form to select an image file from your computer. It will be included in the document and the saved .json file.
How do I change the currency?: There is a "Currency" dropdown in the "Settings" section of the form. You can select from a wide range of global currencies.
How do the "Save Work" and "Load Work" buttons work?: "Save Work" bundles all your current data, including your logo, into a single .json file and downloads it to your computer. You can use the "Load Work" button to upload this file later to restore your progress, even on a different computer.
Can I reorder the line items?: Yes. You can click and drag the handle icon on the left of each line item to reorder them.
